Pay Attention to the Dimensions so you know if it ll fit you. Otherwise, it s perfect for the priceI decided to buy a cheaper treadmill because I d just be using it walking while I watched TV to add to my exercises periodically throughout the week. Everyone thought I was crazy since we have treadmills in the basement of our apartment building, but I said the heck with it. Well, it turns out I use it far more than I ever thought It s small enough that it fits into my LR well. I run 5-6 miles per day, 6 days a week on it it s still going strong. Granted, I did buy the 2-yr warranty so that puts my mind at ease with the fact that I m using the crap out of it. I find I like to run more often and in the evenings, so having this in my own place makes it super convenient to do so It s true it doesn t incline at all, but I didn t want that feature going into it. It has convenient buttons on both handle-bars for heart-rate monitor and speed adjustment so works well for left-handed people as much as right-handed.
