Missing a part arrived in a wk.Bike took a wk to get here but was pretty easy to assemble. Bike looks like it will do the job BUT it was missing the knob that holds the seat in place. So now I have to wait 3 to 10 business days for Marcy to ship me the knob so I can actually ride it. Today I m gonna try and find something that will hold seat in place so I can try it out. In conclusion bike was easy to assemble and looks like it will be a good purchase but was missing the most important part . I used a screwdriver to hold the seat pole in place and was able to use bike while I waited for missing part to be shipped. I received the missing part in a wk, I have a feeling that this bike was a return by the way the box was all taped up and it was missing a piece. The bike looks new and works well so far but good customer service should have shipped missing part over night or at least 2 days in my opinion. Overall I think the bike is worth the price but it wasn t a perfect purchase.
