This indoors bicycle was a great purchase. When I received the box outside my door it was pretty intimidating and I thought it would be super confusing and hard to set up. But instead when I opened the box and read the manual setting it up didn t take long at all and it wasn t confusing and hard to set up at all. When it was finish setting up I tried it out and it s just like any other outdoor bikes and this one I could change the speed of the wheels. I adjusted the bike seat to my preference and started to use it everyday for exercise and every time I could see the time I ve spent on the bicycle and the speed I went on the panel. This indoors bicycle is efficient and safe in my opinion.
