Worked better than I expectedI didn t set my expectations high with it being at the lower end of the price range, but oh boy this is great It s very strong, suctions to the floor to be sturdy, has resistance bands you can clip pn easily at the bottom, and has a handy remote so I don t have to reach. Does not run loud so it will not disturb even a sleeping baby in the room or kid lol . It sure gives a nice workout just standing on it for 10 minutes. My legs thank me, I was looking for something simular to what I get on at Planet Fitness their Total Body Enhancement and this was just like it I have fibromyalgia so a vibrating platform like this is a must have for helping muscle soreness, fatigue, and circulation.
