absolutely happy with this vibe plate. after every use I feel a rush of energy and of course it REALLY helps me with my back, neck and shoulder pain too. I was in a car accident many years ago and feel it every day, also had a slipped ruptured disk in 2004 so I have pain and this machine is a blessing My chiropractor had one similar and We tried the ZAAZ which was ok but this is soooo more for us and our needs, you can do all kinds of exercises with out the bars in your way, this one is not to heavy so can be put in the truck and you can take it with you. Our 22 year old did nt believe you can feel a difference or see a change until one day he used it and only for 12 minutes and said he felt better and it worked lol. I have noticed a difference with my back, neck and shoulder pains, boost of energy from the blood flow, reduction in cellulite on my legs. my husbands back pains are reduced a lot as well....we just need to use it every day to have even better results. LOVE this machine and would buy it again....but best part is this is a lifetime warranty too and no other machine offers that.
